Feldenkrais with Molly

The Feldenkrais Method® uses gentle, subtle movements and directed attention to improve coordination and enhance human functioning. Through practicing this method, you can increase your flexibility and range of motion, reduce pain, and discover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement.
Whether you have limitations due to injury, or are at the peak of your performance, with the Feldenkrais Method® you can improve functionality, grow in your body awareness and enjoy your life more fully.
Because the movements are not physically demanding, they are able to interfere with habits you may have developed (some since childhood, some due to injuries or trauma) that are now causing problems in your life. You will begin to learn more functional habits that your nervous system then incorporates.
